Sadiqabad: At least seven alleged robbers, affiliated with Indra gang ,have been killed during clashes with police in Rahim Yar Khan. On a tip-off, the police conducted a search operation in Sadiqabad, Rahim Yar Khan on Tuesday morning where the robbers started heavy firing at the police party. The police force retaliated and killed seven robbers, while eight accomplices of robbers fled the scene. The Indra gang was wanted by police in murder, killing, kidnapping, robbery and other dozen crimes. The Indra gang is affiliated with Chotu gang. The police later shifted the bodies to Kot Sabzal police station. The identity of deceased could not be ascertained immediately. A heavy contingent of police reached the area and gathered evidence. Meanwhile, the police have encircled the area and started search operations for the arrest of the remaining accomplices.
