At least six people were killed and over 48 others injured as a result of explosion in an oil tank of a ship at Gadani shipbreaking yard on Tuesday.
A large number of workers were busy in their work when the explosion occurred leaving at least six dead and over 48 injured. Fire erupted in the ship soon after the blast.
Laborers on the ship sustained burn injuries. Rescue teams faced difficulties due to limited resources and facilities. However, the injured were shifted to hospital for treatment.
The victims suffered burn injuries.
